Can the whole house be sold again?
Each owner's association may decide for itself on a possible dissolution.
As a rule, no maturity date has been set for the investment, as this is to be seen as an investment in holiday home and not as a capital investment. However, should there be a wish in the association to dissolve the ownership, it can of course happen, this could be as a result of having other wishes or, for example, receiving a favorable offer from someone wishing to purchase the entire dwelling
The agreement is defined by the Board and approved at the general meeting. Typically, if there is more than 2/3 of the owners, or a simple majority wishing to abolish the association, it will be possible.
